Just Four short years ago , Anna Lang was singing some of her favourite songs in the local venues in her hometown of Whitstable in Kent .
It was then, she decided to try her hand at writing her own material with a view to making a Debut Album.
She managed to get her songs , co written with some immensely talented musicians from Soundclick , published with Rockstarmedia Music .
Today , she can also announce that a global digital download deal for her Debut album with Rocka records has been agreed.
Great credit goes to the talent that she has worked with over the last few years and Anna is the first to agree that she
" could never have done it without them. "

Anna's co writers are a series of seasoned musicians and songwriters from around the globe including Paul Mcilwaine , Paul D May , John Holgate , Billy Flack , Ian Henderson and LeRhay
It's been an unbelievable few years for the songstress from the South East of England and things look to be accelorating as fast , this year. In February she will
be re mastering the tracks , aswell as working on new material.
She has a studio shoot for publcity photographs in March and a video shoot soon after and then there is the Albums release in the same month.
" It's such an opportunity for me and the guy's , I don't forget they are a big part of this. It has been unbelievable , truly unbelievable ."
Anna has established herself as a singer with a pure voice & just so happens to write lyrics, many of which show her vulnerable side, based on past experiences.
" They are not all about me, but I think little parts of every song have some parts of my life in them , in some I just try to talk about how
things feel. I could never have done this at the age of Twenty , I'd not been through he mill enough.
So I basically write about things I understand or as I see them. "
the really cool thing is Anna's reluctance to tie herself to one sound or Genre. Blues ,pop , country and indie have a place in her portfolio.
" I just write to the songs I love the sound of, songs that say something to me , it's as simple as that. The guy's do the really hard stuff ,
constructing the songs, they are complete by the time I get them in high quality MP3 format. Then I just try to find the counter melody
and think of something to sing about."
Rockstarmedia have been a big support in Anna's development , she recalls emailing .jpg)
a few songs just to test the water one Sunday Morning.
" I was shocked when they said they were interested and I
suppose that gave me the confidence I needed.
J.T has been like an angel to me.
She believes in me and What I do. I'm very lucky to have
found Rockstarmedia."
So what's the Album going to be like ?
" Fairly diverse I expect , I'm hoping to put the strongest tracks
together But I'll wait and see what RSM say, they have a lot of
knowledge in the industry and know a bit more than I do about
what works with the music buying public "
No doubt about it ,at this moment in time , Anna Lang's star is on the rise but she is extremely grounded and looks at this as an opportunity of a lifetime.
